What type of vehicles do you buy or trade-in?

We will buy or trade in cars, vans and utes. There are some vehicles that we won’t be able to give you an instant offer for, but once you provide the details of your vehicle, we will get in touch with you to provide you an instant offer. Cars over 10 years old or 150,000 kilometres will not generate an instant offer.

How is the instant offer range on my vehicle calculated?

Your instant offer is calculated by taking into account the following:

Current market pricing, based on data supplied by independent vehicle valuation website, Glasses Guide

The make, model and year of your car

The registration being current

The number of kilometres on the odometer matching a relative number for the the age of the car

The Service History of the vehicle is the up-to-date, log books are up to date & available. 

All the components of your car are working / still with the car ie. GPS, cargo blinds, stereo, speakers

2 sets of keys are included

There are no illegal modifications

The interior / exterior condition of your vehicle is considered good for it's age

How do I know if the price you’re offering is fair?

A number of variables are factored in to determine your vehicle's price. These include the condition of the vehicle and the current market price for the make, model and age of your vehicle.

Please note that the instant price is subject to an inspection of your vehicle and the T&Cs. If the condition of the vehicle is different than the expected condition, we may revise the amount we offer you.

Where do I get my car inspected?

Once your online application has been submitted, one of our buying team will contact you to arrange an inspection at our dealership. We can also come to you, if your within 50km of Gympie or Noosa. 

We operate Monday-Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm, and Saturday, 8.00am until 1pm

When can I be expect to be contacted?

Our buying team are available 6 days per week. Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8.00am to 1pm. In most cases, you’ll be contacted the same day or next business day - depending on the day and time you submitted your valuation.

How long is the online instant offer valid for?

Your instant offer is valid for 7 days from the date of the valuation. We reserve the right to extend or withdraw the offer at any time. 

Is the online instant offer negotiable once offered?

No, the online price range is determined by independent market valuation site, Glasses Guide. This is a fair market price, based on the details you have provided. Our buying team will use the price range guide as an indicator on the vehicle's value. On inspection, your instant offer price may vary depending on the condition, documentation provided with your vehicle (refer to T&Cs here)

What determines if my car doesn’t pass an inspection?

If your vehicle meets any of the following criteria it will not pass inspection and any offer that has been made will be withdrawn.

If it the vehicle has has been identified as stolen or written off, shows signs of being repaired after being involved in a major accident, is determined to have major mechanical defects or issues, or has had hail damage.

Can I sell or trade-in my vehicle if it’s still under finance or has money outstanding?

Yes, but you must obtain a letter from your finance institution indicating the outstanding balance. The amount offered will be paid to your financial institution once the vehicle has been traded in.​  If the offer is higher than the vehicle payout figure, the difference will be paid to you (or the registered owner) via direct credit to your bank account or by bank cheque.

Will you buy my car if it's been modified?

Yes. Once you complete the online form, our buying team will contact you to arrange a visual inspection of your vehicle to provide you with an accurate price.
