Parts Intepreter

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organised Parts Interpreter to further develop their career. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Building customer relationships through superior customer service
• Supply and invoicing of parts to Trade, Service and Pre-Delivery departments
• Look to maximise part sales where possible
• Prepare and assist in annual stocktake
• Utilise manufacturer provided technical assistance.
• Conduct sales transactions with customers by telephone, internet, e-mail, and over the counter
• Assist in General Warehouse Operations

About You

• 12+ months experience as a Parts Interpreter an advantage
• Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) industry experience desirable
• Familiarity with Toyota/Honda/Holden franchises is advantageous
  
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute in other roles
• Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with guests, employees and stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
• Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership processes, policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A clean driver’s licence is essential and a forklift licence would also be advantageous

Madill Motor Group operates the local Roadside Assistance breakdown Agencies in Noosa and Maroochydore and we are currently seeking enthusiastic Roadside Technicians to join the team in Maroochydore.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Self-motivated, hard working person with a confident 'can do' attitude who can work flexible hours
• Team members work 4 day weeks
• You would be required to work 4 x 10.5hr shift a week on a rotating roster
• Part time options also available
• Must have at least 2 years mechanical trade experience
