Mechanical Technician - Noosa

We are expanding our team and need two motivated and passionate Technicians or Diagnostic Technicians to join us who love to think outside the square and continually upskill. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, as well as ensuring the highest standards of work, and that customers' expectations, dealer and manufacturer's standards are fully satisfied at all times.

About the role:

  • General servicing and maintenance of vehicles
  • Identifying and repairing technical issues
  • Identifying additional work as required
  • Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards
  • Road testing vehicles
  • Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions
  • Conducting quality checks on all work
  • Service, repair and maintain Toyota, MG & Honda vehicles
  • Ensuring the highest level of workmanship is provided
  • Maintain a focus on customer service

About you:

  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Experience in the brand is preferable
  • A current driver's licence
  • Qualified technician
  • Be passionate about the brand
  • Ability to work in a busy service centre
  • Be reliable and have a good work ethic
  • Have good eye for detail
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills

Car Detailing Trainee - Noosa

Wanting to learn how to be a top notch Detailer?

We are looking for someone who wants to learn and complete the following:

  • Rejuvenating used cars to get them back into near new condition,
  • Complete paint correction skills for minor scratches and marks,
  • Applying paint protection and internal protection coatings to protect our customers vehicles,
  • Ensuring our new cars are in perfect condition to WOW our new car customers at delivery.
