 Floor Controller

 We are looking for 2 self-motivated people to monitor all customer enquiries and provide customers with an outstanding experience reflective of Madill Motor Group values and our customers' high expectations.

This will be a 'job-share' arrangement, with the exact number of hours to be decided.  There is great potential for flexible hours, full-time or part-time work, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

You would be responsible for:

- managing the floor control systems

- independently observing all customer walk-in traffic

- independently monitoring all incoming internet leads and logging

- assisting with populating customer data where possible

- auditing the validity of STEAM data versus DMS data daily and reporting inaccuracies to management

- interacting with visitors and customers

- providing 1st Class customer service

- answering and directing calls in a professional manner

- general clerical/marketing duties as required.

We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years reception experience or customer service experience.

You must have a sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
